Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand focus and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Partner with leaders to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost selling skills and authentic connections.
• Develop innovative in-store engagement and loyalty-building events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
