Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to use technology and store apps; stay updated with industry blogs and feeds.

Responsibilities

• Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
• Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist to connect or close sales.
• Lead fit sessions to enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
• Guide associates on how to maximize each customer interaction to improve outcomes.
• Ensure the team stays on track to meet and exceed goals and expectations.
• Own the selling floor and assign the right people to the right tasks at the right times.
• Be prepared to step in for another manager as needed.
• Plan and execute local events to drive community engagement and incremental traffic.
• Act in a manner aligned with company values.
