Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Maintain inventory, sales stats, and expenses to support profitability.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Ensure quality customer service per company standards.
