Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets of the store.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Handle absence coverage and assume store leadership in the Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Supervise staff to meet department standards and priorities.
• Keep Manager informed on inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policy manuals.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Uphold all store policies and procedures as listed in manuals.
• Report potential fraud risks to management.
