Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in protecting assets and achieving store goals.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Be responsible for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to protect profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures in daily operations.
