Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and support team development. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a well-stocked, clean, and inviting shopping environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will supervise associates, handle opening and closing procedures, and help execute corporate directives.
