Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, inventory, scheduling, and loss prevention while ensuring the store stays clean and well-organized.

The role requires strong communication skills, previous retail or grocery management experience, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Part-time position with potential growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail or grocery store management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized; protect assets including cash.
