Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support team development. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and implementing corporate directives while upholding safety and store standards.

The role requires strong communication, ability to lead in a high-energy retail environment, and readiness to perform opening/closing tasks and enforcement of company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug-store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks described in the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Aid in merchandising, stocking, and transfer from delivery to floor, maintaining seasonal areas.
