Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales, manage customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while coaching Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

In collaboration with the GM/AGM, you will guide and develop a high-performing team, ensuring execution of the store strategy and achieving performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitable growth through customer- and product-focused operations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own designated area and execute action plans for efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of retail landscape and competition.
• Leverage omni‑channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
