PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Opry Mills store. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, recruiting, training, and driving sales to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities include coaching sales staff, ensuring policy compliance, managing merchandise flow, and leading customer engagement to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1-3 of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales functions.
• Drive productivity and ensure great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and retain top talent; coach and train Sales Associates.
• Identify high performers and assist in their growth.
• Participate in interviewing and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
