PHOENIX is seeking an Assistant Manager for Express Parkway Place. You will support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, training staff, driving sales, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include developing top talent, maintaining a positive work environment, coaching sales associates, and ensuring store policies and safety procedures are followed. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store operations, staffing and training.
• Support in achieving sales targets and store metrics.
• Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement action plans.
• Oversee daily store activities and merchandise flow.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and safety standards.
