PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Express store in Trumbull. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations, recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates, and driving sales to meet goals.

You will coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage merchandise flow, and uphold company policies while delivering a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork.
• Coach and train Sales Associates for performance.
