POP MART is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in King of Prussia, PA to lead daily store operations, coach a frontline team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and sales floor leadership.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs such as conversions, UPT, and ATV.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and store standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
