POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at King of Prussia Mall to inspire the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll act as Leader on Duty, coach associates, and drive sales while ensuring store operations align with POP MART brand standards.

This role emphasizes visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with store leadership to maximize performance during peak periods and new product launches.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret business metrics to improve store performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Execute opening and closing procedures while ensuring operational excellence and POS accuracy.
• Manage shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards, marketing directives, and promotional displays.
• Support in-store events, collector experiences, and brand initiatives.
