KnitWell Group's LOFT brand in Dublin, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and nurture relationships with customers and team members.

We look for an individual with retail leadership experience, hospitality mindset, and the ability to leverage technology and POS systems to deliver seamless omnichannel service. Regular/full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
