Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a capable Retail Sales Leader in Jacksonville to build and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You will greet customers, educate them on tile products, manage store operations, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

First year income is expected to be 60-75K at target, with benefits and ongoing opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management or supervising sales associates.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Work well with others in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
• Read, write and speak English; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties.
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
• Learn the installation process and educate customers on products.
• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect The Tile Shop brand.
