The Tile Shop in Orlando, FL is hiring to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You will train staff, greet customers, and sell tile and related products while ensuring excellent service and strong product knowledge.

This role focuses on coaching, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and meeting store sales goals. First year income is expected at 60–75K at target, with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• English reading/writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties.
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Learn and use knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
• Learn the installation process and products to educate customers.
• Track established store sales goals.
• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
