The Tile Shop is seeking a capable retail sales leader to build and mentor a strong team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. You will train staff, greet customers, and drive tile sales while learning installation processes and delivery updates.

• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Proven ability to build and motivate a sales team.

• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply good business practices at all times.
