Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales, coach Brand Associates and Experts, and collaborate with store leadership to execute the store strategy.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams while supporting omni-channel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop teams.
• Strong communication with customers and staff to meet goals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with lifting up to 30 pounds and moving around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own an assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans for productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP adherence.
