Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to boost profitability through brand connections.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to create a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates.
• Engage community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
