J.Crew Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Mequon location to lead a high-performing team within J.Crew Factory. You will drive profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement while coaching the sales team for peak performance.

You will partner with the Store Director and other leaders to recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results while maximizing profitability.
• Own your designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
