Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience required.
• Passion for supporting brand, customers and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion ideas while navigating uncertainty with strong problem-solving.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner with Store Director and ASM to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Develop engaging community initiatives to build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
