Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast‑paced retail environment in Roseville, CA.

You’ll analyze the business, deliver best‑in‑class service and oversee opening/closing, staffing, and payroll while driving sales and brand standards. You’ll coach and develop teammates, build visual displays, manage omni‑channel orders, and uphold company culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Proven ability to drive results and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach others.
• Able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
