You will drive sales through analytical insight, provide best‑in‑class customer service, supervise opening/closing routines, manage staffing and payroll, develop staff, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, safeguard assets, process Omni Channel orders, and embody the Brand and Company Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
