Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management in a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive sales through analytics, deliver customer service, and lead daily store operations.

You will open and close the store, supervise sales floor and stockroom, train and coach staff, maintain product knowledge and visuals, analyze reports and fulfill Omni Channel orders, while upholding the brand and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to coach others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
