Job summary

See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the operation of the retail location. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day shop activities.

Lead the team, set daily, monthly, and annual goals, train and develop staff, manage cash handling and scheduling, and uphold store policies. This role requires retail management experience and a passion for delivering quality service.
