See's Candies is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Shop Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth daily operations at our location.
The role emphasizes leadership, team development, training, and operational excellence, with responsibilities ranging from scheduling to ensuring policy compliance and a strong focus on meeting budget and service goals.
Competenze
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to train and coach employees.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong cash handling and merchandising abilities.
- Ability to follow and enforce company policies.

- Assist the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team.
- Help achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
