Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for the brand, customers and teams.
• Able to stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through authentic brand connections.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost authentic customer connections.
• Engage with the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
