You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while collaborating with leadership to coach team members to perform at a high level.

You will lead by example, manage daily store operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs, while promoting a culture that reflects Old Navy’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts to build a high-performing team.
• Own assigned area and execute action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and stay informed of the retail landscape and competition.
