Job summary

Old Navy in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, partner with the General Manager, and execute the store strategy to hit performance goals.

You'll recruit and develop teams, manage merchandising and operations, optimize processes, uphold standards, promote an omni-channel experience, and ensure compliance and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communicator able to lead a team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand, understand the retail landscape and promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
