The role requires 1-3 years in retail management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Lift up to 30 pounds and travel as needed.

• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand retail landscape; promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
