Job summary

Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Assistant Manager in Penitas, TX. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive Mobile Associate success.

Responsibilities include orienting assistants to Loving Our Customers, meeting customer needs, coaching, staying current on products, leading by example, and ensuring store standards and communication. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations and customer success.
• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for Loving Our Customers and high service standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met and provide a simple, confident customer experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions and use feedback for coaching and development.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date product knowledge and training delivery.
• Maintain the store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications; drive KPI targets.
