Job summary

Luna Wireless in Penitas, TX is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and lead the store team toward delivering T-Mobile’s customer-first experience and Mobile Associate success.

You will mentor staff, ensure excellent service, stay current on products and promotions, and uphold visual standards while driving KPIs. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required; benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met, build confidence, and make experiences comfortable and simple while solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions, including feedback, for development, training and coaching conversations.
