Job summary

POP MART Store Manager in Novi, MI is responsible for leading all store activities, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and developing a high-performing team while driving operational excellence in line with POP MART's brand.

You will own business performance, visual presentation, inventory control, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations, reporting to the District/Area Manager, with a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, performance, and customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain leaders and associates.
• Drive KPIs like conversions, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product launches, and promotions.
• Ensure brand standards and community engagement.
