Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact profitability through brand connections.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service and Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development when needed.
• Partner with leadership to foster a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate confidence and customer connection.
• Contribute ideas to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into various sales floor roles as needed.
