Job summary

KnitWell Group in Dublin, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador for LOFT. You will connect with customers, guide their shopping through personalized styling, and keep the floor polished and organized to impress at every visit.

You will share product knowledge, drive brand loyalty through friendly, proactive service, operate the point-of-sale system, and collaborate with store leaders to meet daily goals while embracing our omnichannel approach.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.
• Keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting environment on the sales floor.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
