Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability through brand connection and service excellence.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Collaborate to create a cooperative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
