You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, execute the store strategy with your General Manager, recruit and develop teams, and ensure robust omni-channel execution and compliance, with a focus on fast-paced, inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through customer focus.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP adherence.
• Represent the brand and understand retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omnichannel experience.
