Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments with skills in customer service, sales support, and relationship building.
• Leadership abilities, including team coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
• Operational skills in basic inventory oversight, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback, support change, and partner effectively with diverse teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage peak periods, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active retail environment, including standing for extended periods and performing light manual tasks as needed.
• Prior supervisory or key-holder experience in retail is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in business or related field is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
