You will collaborate with the Store Director and other leaders to implement strategies, manage operations, and ensure smooth support across the store. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Have 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Must bend, reach and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to improve profitability and customer connections.
• Own divisions like Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere for all associates.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost genuine customer connections.
• Engage the community and build brand loyalty through events.
