You’ll drive profitable outcomes through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community involvement, coaching sales staff for peak performance. You’ll partner with Store Director to manage divisions (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), oversee systems and store tech, and recruit/train as needed, while fostering a collaborative environment and delivering best-in-class

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience with leadership scope.
• Ability to coach sales teams and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand loyalty.
• Own divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associates' customer connections.
