Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director to impact profitability and brand experience.
• Own divisions like Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Lead store operations and systems, ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure the team consistently meets goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to enhance customer connections.
• Develop community engagement initiatives and in-store events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when required.
