Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact profitability and brand experience.
• Own designated division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently meets goals and delivers best-in-class service.
