You’ll collaborate with peers to adapt strategies and provide strong operational support as needed. You’ll help recruit, train, and develop staff, lead product knowledge sessions, and create innovative ways to engage the local community and build loyalty

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience per scope.
• Passionate support for brand, customers and teams.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and tech with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Engage with management to foster collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate performance.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
