Old Navy seeks an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead the team in Nashville. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer service, merchandising and talent development, while coaching Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You’ll collaborate with the GM to execute store strategy, ensure standards, and promote a customer-centric environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Passion for retail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive by metrics to deliver results and business goals.
