Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC’s Express brand is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for Parkway Place to deliver a great in-store experience. You will assist customers, stock, and maintain a clean sales floor while supporting daily store operations.

This part-time role requires availability nights and weekends, HS diploma, and 0–2 years in retail. You’ll help drive loyalty programs and cash handling with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physically able to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other essential functions as directed.
