Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Parkway Place. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead sales associates, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

This role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service, and ability to work nights and weekends. You will coach staff, manage merchandising, and help deliver sales targets while upholding company policies and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations and sales.
• Coach and train Sales Associates for performance.
• Drive sales and customer engagement to meet targets.
• Ensure merchandising and omnichannel operations are executed.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment and policy compliance.
• Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
• Greet customers and resolve complaints to improve experience.
