POP MART, a global leader in the trend culture and entertainment industry, seeks an Retail Assistant Manager for the Stonebriar Mall location. You will lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a premium POP MART brand experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash, and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and execute visual merchandising standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
