Job summary

POP MART Stonebriar Mall is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining store operations, merchandising, and brand standards. Prior leadership in retail and a passion for collectibles are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and recognition.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding onsite engagement.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, analyze results, and implement action plans.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash management, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and manage inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Brand ambassador and support events, launches, and store openings.
