Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Frisco, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a diverse team of Brand Associates and Sales Leads. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver a premium customer experience and uphold POP MART’s brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership and a high school diploma. You’ll foster a customer-first culture, manage inventory and merchandising, and support events and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art and pop culture would be a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS accuracy.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV).
• Coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads; foster a customer-first culture.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
